I’m Gemma Scott, an ex PR and marketer turned freelance chef. Realising I wanted to be the person making the food rather than the person just talking about it, I quit my job to follow my passion and studied at the prestigious Leiths School of Food and Wine, completing the year long professional diploma course in summer 2018.
Now a full time foodie I am a private chef, recipe developer and celebration cake maker based in Streatham, South West London. My ethos is to create delicious, un-pretentious but great looking food with minimal waste and environmental impact.
